PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking facility easily applicable to various installation spaces, and capable of warehousing-delivering a vehicle, separately independently of operation of a parking device for storing a pallet.SOLUTION: A parking facility comprises a plurality of pallets for placing and storing a vehicle, and comprises a mechanical parking device for warehousing-delivering the vehicle by arranging the pallets in a carrying-in-and-out position, and comprises a warehousing-delivering chamber in a front part of the carrying-in-and-out position. A sandwiching carrying device for sandwiching and supporting a tire of the vehicle from the longitudinal direction between the warehousing-delivering chamber and the pallet arranged in the carrying-in-and-out position and carrying in an out this vehicle by moving in the longitudinal direction, is provided in an immovable part of the parking facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 種々の設置スペースへの適用が容易で、パレットを格納する駐車装置の動作とは別に独立して車両の入出庫ができる駐車設備を提供すること。【解決手段】 車両を載せて格納する複数のパレットを有し、パレットを搬入出位置に配置して車両の入出庫を行う機械式駐車装置を備えた駐車設備であり、搬入出位置の前部に入出庫室を備え、入出庫室と搬入出位置に配置されたパレットとの間で、車両のタイヤを前後方向から挟持して支持しこの車両を長手方向に移動させて搬入出させる挟持搬送装置を駐車設備の非可動部分に有している。【選択図】 図１
