PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket that facilitates switching of a primary water cutoff part to a wet-type sealing, even when a difference between a width of the primary water cutoff part located between edge surfaces of exterior wall surface materials of an exterior wall panel and a width of the edge surface is large.SOLUTION: A gasket 7 includes: a core part 70 located on a central side of a joint formed between adjacent exterior wall panels; a primary water cutoff part 701 protruded from the core part 70 at a location between edge surfaces of exterior wall surface materials of the exterior wall panel; a secondary water cutoff part 702 protruded from the core part 70 and located on a rear surface side of the exterior wall surface material; and a notch part 703 that enables the primary water cutoff part 701 to be ripped off by a hand from the core part 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
