LAID TATAMI MAT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR LAID TATAMI MAT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laid tatami mat whose position with respect to a floor surface is made to be hardly shifted as compared with the conventional one by using engagement of a surface fastener with a nonwoven fabric layer and friction between an antislip surface and the floor surface.SOLUTION: A laid tatami mat 13 comprises: a laid tatami mat 13 constituted by at least core material 11 and a tatami facing 12; and a fixing sheet 16 for fixing the laid tatami mat 13 on a floor surface 21. The laid tatami mat 13 further comprises a nonwoven fabric layer 19 that is fixed on a bottom surface of the laid tatami mat 13 so that 60% or more of area of the bottom surface is covered. The bottom surface side of the nonwoven fabric layer 19 is constructed as an antislip surface 20 made by applying an antislip agent. The fixing sheet comprises: a joint layer 18 for fixing the fixing sheet 16 on the floor surface; and protrusions 17 of a surface fastener that are disposed on a surface opposite to the joint layer 18 to engage with a nonwoven fabric. Both of engagement of the surface fastener with the nonwoven fabric layer 19 and antislip by friction between the antislip surface 20 and the floor surface 21 prevent the position of the laid tatami mat 13 from being shifted with respect to the floor surface 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】面ファスナー及び不織布層による係合と、防滑面と床面との摩擦を利用して、置き畳の位置が床面に対して従来品よりもよりずれ難くした置き畳を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも芯材11と畳表12とから構成される置き畳13と、置き畳13を床面21に固定する固定シート16とからなる置き畳13であって、置き畳13は、置き畳13の底面面積の60%以上を覆うように当該底面に固定される不織布層19をさらに備えており、不織布層19の底面側は防滑剤を適用してなる防滑面20として構成され、固定シートは、床面に固定シート16を固定するための接合層18と接合層18の反対面に配され不織布に係合する面ファスナーの突起部17とを備えており、面ファスナー及び不織布層19の係合と、防滑面20と床面21との摩擦による防滑との両方によって置き畳13の位置が床面21に対してずれることを防止する置き畳によって解決する。【選択図】図1
