STEP ELIMINATION METHOD FOR RIGID PLANK, AND STEP ELIMINATION SLOPE DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step elimination method for a rigid plank capable of suppressing vibrations that are generated in a step between the plank and a road surface in a short time, and a step elimination slope device.SOLUTION: At one edge of a rigid plank 1 that is laid over a traveling road surface E of a heavy machine 2, a slope material 20 is installed that fills a step T between the plank and the road surface E with its inclined plane. One end of a belt 30 is fixed to a top of the slope material 20 and the other end of the belt is made extend in an inclination direction of the slope material 20 on a surface of the plank 1 and locked to an opposite edge and along the belt 30, the heavy machine 2 on the plank 1 is made fall down onto the road surface E, thereby suppressing the vibrations of the road surface E. Preferably, the slope material 20 is made of a vibration absorber and further preferably, the slope material 20 includes a slope-shaped hollow bag 21 and fillers 23 and 24 that fill the hollow bag 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】敷板と路面との段差で発生する振動を短時間で抑制できる剛性敷板の段差解消方法及び段差解消スロープ装置を提供する。【解決手段】重機2の走行路面Eに敷設する剛性敷板1の一縁に路面Eとの段差Tを傾斜面で埋めるスロープ材20を設置し,スロープ材20の頂部に一端が固定されたベルト30の他端を敷板1の表面上にスロープ材20の傾斜方向へ延ばして対向縁に係止し,ベルト30に沿って敷板1上の重機2を路面Eへ降下させることにより路面Eの振動を抑える。好ましくは,スロープ材20を振動吸収材製とし,更に好ましくは,スロープ材20にスロープ形状の中空袋21とその中空袋21に装填する充填材21,23,24とを含める。【選択図】 図1
