PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking and unlocking system and an electric apparatus control system which allow for control of an electric apparatus appropriate for each user.SOLUTION: A locking and unlocking system 1 includes: an electrical lock device 21 for locking and unlocking a door 20 of a proprietary section 3 electronically; and an outdoor reader 22 and an indoor reader 23 for controlling the locking and unlocking by means of the electrical lock device 21 by reading proprietary section authentication information from an electronic key 13 storing the proprietary section authentication information for permitting the locking and unlocking by means of the electrical lock device 21. The electronic key 13 stores individual identification information for identifying a user of the proprietary section 3. Upon reading the individual identification information from the electronic key 13, along with the proprietary section authentication information, the outdoor reader 22 and the indoor reader 23 transmit the individual identification information toward a power management device 26 for controlling electric apparatuses 25a-25c of the proprietary section 3, when locking and unlocking the electrical lock device 21, and make the power management device 26 control the electric apparatuses 25a-25c on the basis of setting information determined for each individual identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各利用者に適した電気機器の制御を可能にする施解錠システム及び電気機器制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る施解錠システム１は、専有部３の扉２０を電動で施解錠する電気錠装置２１と、電気錠装置２１による施解錠を許可するための専有部認証情報を記憶した電子キー１３から専有部認証情報を読み取って認証することで電気錠装置２１による施解錠を制御する室外リーダ２２及び室内リーダ２３と、を備える。電子キー１３は、専有部３の利用者を識別する個人識別情報を記憶する。室外リーダ２２及び室内リーダ２３は、電子キー１３から専有部認証情報と共に個人識別情報を読み取ると、電気錠装置２１を施解錠するときに、専有部３の電気機器２５ａ〜２５ｃを制御する電力管理装置２６に向けて個人識別情報を送信して、個人識別情報毎に定められた設定情報に基づいて電力管理装置２６に電気機器２５ａ〜２５ｃを制御させる。【選択図】図１
