PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of a cement calcination device which can use waste fluid, particularly waste fluid containing organic matter and/or oils and fats and processed in a main heating zone of a cement calcination device, as fuel of the cement calcination device and can improve fuel consumption of the cement calcination device and can control temperature steadily in the main heating zone, and to provide the cement calcination device executing the operating method.SOLUTION: In an operating method of a cement calcination device, waste fluid containing organic matter and/or oils and fats is processed, liquid fuel concentrating the organic matter and/or the oils and fats is manufactured, the provided liquid fuel is separated depending on the level of the higher heating value, and the liquid fuel separated according to the heating value is used as fuel of the cement calcination device, particularly fuel in the main heating zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃液、特にセメント焼成装置の主熱帯で処理している有機物及び/又は油脂類を含有する廃液を、セメント焼成装置での燃料として利用し、セメント焼成装置の燃費の改善と主熱帯での安定した温度調節を図ることが可能な、セメント焼成装置の運転方法及び当該運転方法を実施するセメント焼成装置を提供する。【解決手段】セメント焼成装置の運転方法は、有機物及び/又は油脂類を含有する廃液を処理して、有機物及び/又は油脂類が濃縮した液体燃料を製造し、得られた液体燃料を高位発熱量の高低に応じて分別し、前記発熱量に応じて分別した液体燃料を、セメント焼成装置の燃料、特に主熱帯での燃料として用いて、セメント焼成装置を運転する。【選択図】 図１
