FIXING STRUCTURE FOR SANITARY EQUIPMENT UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing jig for fixing a sanitary equipment unit that may be fixed and removed readily and has an improved appearance.SOLUTION: A sanitary equipment unit 1 has a fixing jig 20 installed outside of an L-shaped angle 19 outside of a floor frame 13, for positioning the floor frame to be installed on a building floor surface FL. A screw 21 is driven into the fixing jig 20 diagonally downward through a prepared hole, for fixing the fixing jig to the building floor surface FL. A frame 12 is built by fitting an infrastructure tower frame and a wall unit on a floor frame 13, for installing a bath module. A low-friction material 25 is fitted at a bottom part of the floor frame 13, for facilitating movement of the sanitary equipment unit 1 when the unit is to be moved. An exterior wall 3 is fitted outside a wall frame 15, with a crosspiece 22 in between. A baseboard 23 is fixed at a lower side of the exterior wall 3, outside of the fixing jig 20 and the screw 21 for hiding the fixing jig and the screw. 【課題】衛生設備ユニットを固定する固定治具の固定と取り外しが容易ある上に外観上の見栄えをよくした。【解決手段】衛生設備ユニット１は、建築床面ＦＬに設置した床フレーム１３を位置決め固定するためにその外側のＬアングル１９の外側に固定治具２０を設置した。固定治具２０に下穴を介してビス２１を斜め下方に打ち込み建築床面ＦＬに固定する。床フレーム１３上にインフラタワーフレームと壁ユニットを取り付けて枠フレーム１２を構築し、ユニットバスを設置する。床フレーム１３の底部に低摩擦材２５を取り付けて衛生設備ユニット１の移動時に移動を容易にした。壁フレーム１５の外側に桟木２２を介して外壁３を取り付ける。固定治具２０とビス２１の外側で外壁３の下側に巾木２３を固定してこれらを隠す。固定治具２０とビス２１は外側から取り外しと取り付けができる。【選択図】図５
