PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of troublesomeness of automatic locking of an individual dwelling house's door whenever having gone out from a proprietary element to a common element and also unsafeness of forgetting to close the individual dwelling house's door when having left from the common element to the outside.SOLUTION: A locking management apparatus comprises: a proprietary detection unit for detecting locking/unlocking states of a plurality of proprietary electronic lock devices for individually restricting entry into a plurality of proprietary elements; a common detection unit for detecting a mobile terminal, in which locking/unlocking information for locking/unlocking at least one of the plurality of proprietary electronic devices is stored, having exited from a common element shared by respective users of the plurality of proprietary elements; an extraction unit for extracting a proprietary electronic lock device capable of being locked/unlocked using the locking/unlocking information stored in the portable terminal from the plurality of electronic lock devices, when the common detection unit has detected the portable terminal's exit; and a notification unit that, when the proprietary detection unit has detected the proprietary electronic lock device extracted by the extraction unit being in an unlocked state, notifies the portable terminal of a result of the detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】専用部から共用部に出るたびに個別宅の扉が自動的に施錠されることは煩わしく、一方で共用部から外へ出かけたときの個別宅の扉の閉め忘れは不用心である。【解決手段】施錠管理装置は、複数の専用部への進入をそれぞれ制限する複数の専用電子錠装置の施解錠状態を検知する専用検知部と、複数の専用電子錠装置の少なくとも一つを施解錠する施解錠情報が格納された携帯端末が複数の専用部のそれぞれの利用者が共用する共用部から退出したことを検知する共用検知部と、共用検知部が、携帯端末の退出を検知したときに、携帯端末が有する施解錠情報によって施解錠できる専用電子錠装置を、複数の専用電子錠装置の中から抽出する抽出部と、抽出部によって抽出された専用電子錠装置が解錠していると専用検知部が検知した場合に検知結果を携帯端末に通知する通知部とを備える。【選択図】図1
