SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD OF POROUS CONCRETE, POROUS CONCRETE SURFACE-TREATED BY SUCH SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SURFACE-TREATED POROUS CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of porous concrete capable of suppressing clogging of a foreign object in an air gap on the front side of the porous concrete, a manufacturing method of surface-treated porous concrete, and surface-treated porous concrete.SOLUTION: The front side of porous concrete is coated with a water repellent so that an intrusion of foreign materials such as dust, dirt and the like into an air gap can be suppressed, and even in the case where the foreign materials exist in the air gap, if rain water or the like intrudes into the air gap in this condition, such rain water or the like are repelled by the coated water repellent so that the foreign materials can be exhausted from the air gap together with the rain water or the like. The water repellent is preferably a silane or siloxane base water repellent, and its coating amount is 50-350 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ポーラスコンクリートの表面側の空隙に異物が詰まることを効率的に抑制可能なポーラスコンクリートの表面処理方法、表面処理されたポーラスコンクリートの製造方法及び表面処理されたポーラスコンクリートを提供する。【解決手段】ポーラスコンクリートの表面側に撥水剤を塗布することにより、塵や埃などの異物が空隙に侵入することを抑制できるようにし、また、異物が空隙内に存在していても、この状態で雨水等が空隙に侵入すると、かかる雨水等は塗布された撥水剤にはじかれて、雨水等と共に、異物を空隙内から排出できるようにした。撥水剤は、好ましくはミラン・シラキサン系の撥水剤とし、塗布量を５０〜３５０ｇ／ｍ２とした。【選択図】図１
