PILE HEAD JOINT MEMBER AND PILE HEAD JOINT STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint technology which dispenses with welding work at a construction site, is easy in construction, and can construct a rigid pile head joint structure.SOLUTION: A pile head joint member 10 comprises: a main body part 11 which is inserted into a pile material 1 from an upper-end opening part 1b of the pile material 1; a lower lid body 12 which is arranged at a lower end part of the main body part 11 in order to block the inside of the pile material 1 to a traverse direction; and an upper lid body 13 which is engaged with an upper part of the upper-end opening part 1b of the pile material 1 in a flange shape, and arranged at an upper end part of the main body part 11 in order to hold the main body part 11 at a prescribed position. The main body part 11 is formed of a cylindrical body having a plurality of penetration holes H, the lower lid body 12 is formed of a disc-plate shape plate material, and a plurality of reinforcing parts 14 which are formed of flat plate materials having a plurality of penetration holes H are erected on an upper surface of the upper lid body 13. The pile head joint member 10 is attached to a pile head 1a being a head part of the pile material 1 in a state of being embedded in the ground and protruded from the ground surface, and a pile head joint structure is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工現場での溶接作業が不要で、施工が容易で、強固な杭頭接合構造を構築可能な杭頭接合技術を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭接合部材10は、杭材1の上端開口部1bから当該杭材1内へ挿入される本体部11と、杭材1の内部を横断方向に閉塞するため本体部11の下端部に設けられた下部蓋体12と、杭材1の上端開口部1b上にフランジ状に係合して本体部11を所定位置に保持するため本体部11の上端部に設けられた上部蓋体13と、を備えている。本体部11は複数の貫通孔Hを有する円筒体で形成され、下部蓋体12は円板状の板材で形成され、上部蓋体13の上面に複数の貫通孔Hを有する平板材で形成された複数の補強部14が立設されている。地中に埋設され地面から突出した状態にある杭材1の頭部である杭頭1aに杭頭接合部材10を装着して杭頭接合構造を構築する。【選択図】図1
