PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt receiving device capable of adjusting the fitting of a striker and maintaining a state where a cover body is closed over an opening, even in the case where the cover body is pressed.SOLUTION: A bar receiving device comprises a fitting surface 29 that is formed to include the same direction as an engaging direction of a bar 45 to an engaging hole 66 at an edge of an opening 35 of a cargo chamber box 10. A striker 52 is fitted to the fitting surface 29 and includes the engaging hole 66, and both the striker 52 and the fitting surface 29 include long holes for adjusting a position of the engaging hole 66 relative to the bar that is located at an engaging position in a state where a cargo chamber door 40 is closed. The striker 52 includes a projection piece 58 which is abutted to the cargo chamber door 40 for preventing the drop-off of the bar from the engaging hole 66 in the case where the cargo chamber door 40 is pressed in an anti-engaging direction of the bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
