FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR UNIT BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a unit building by using adjacent building units while improving a factory production ratio for the building units and achieving simple and quick floor construction and stabilized floor quality between the adjacent building units.SOLUTION: A floor construction method for a unit building 100 includes: a step of making at least part of a floor section 1F of a first building unit 1 be a constructed section 10K on which floor finishing materials 10F of a first type are laid at a factory, and making at least part of a floor section 2F including a boundary with the first building unit 1 of a second building unit 2 be an unconstructed section 20M on which floor finishing materials are not laid at a factory; a step of sequentially laying floor finishing materials 20 of a second type from the unconstructed section 20M of the second building unit 2 to the first building unit 1's constructed section 10K's vicinity of the boundary in a state in which the first building unit 1 and second building unit 2 are arranged adjacently at a construction site; and a step of loading a gap G generated at a boundary between a floor finishing material 10F of the first type and a floor finishing material 20 of the second type with a parting material 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 相隣る建物ユニットによってユニット建物を構築するとき、建物ユニットの工場生産化率を高めるとともに、相隣る建物ユニットの間での床施工の簡易迅速及び床品質の安定化を図ること。【解決手段】 ユニット建物100の床施工方法であって、第1建物ユニット1の床部1Fの少なくとも一部を工場で第1種の床仕上材10Fを敷設した既設部10Kとし、第2建物ユニット2の床部2Fの第1建物ユニット1との境界部を含む少なくとも一部を工場で床仕上材を敷設しない未設部20Mとし、現地において、第1建物ユニット1と第2建物ユニット2を隣接配置した状態で、上記第2建物ユニット2の上記未設部20Mから、上記第1建物ユニット1の上記既設部10Kの境界部近傍へ向けて順番に第2種の床仕上材20を敷設し、第1種の床仕上材10Fと第2種の床仕上材20との境界部にできる隙間Gに見切り材40を装填するもの。【選択図】 図4
