HYDRAULIC DRIVING DEVICE OF WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable torque reducing control that is large in a torque reducing amount, with a simple configuration without causing a cost increase and a space increase, in a hydraulic driving device of a construction machine which is equipped with a pump device that controls a horsepower by balance of rotation moment between resultant force of hydraulic force acting on plural plungers for discharge and a horsepower control spring.SOLUTION: A horsepower change piston 13 is disposed to press an end of a horsepower control spring 11 on an opposite side to a swash plate 8 to regulate the length of the horsepower control spring 11, and an oil chamber 16 for receiving the horsepower change piston 13 is formed in an end wall 2a on a cylinder barrel 4 side of a housing 2. The oil chamber 16 is selectively put in communication with a tank and a hydraulic power source of a constant pressure, and the horsepower change piston 13 is switched between two positions of a torque reducing position where the horsepower control spring 11 is maximally extended and a normal position where the horsepower control spring 11 is maximally contracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吐出用の複数のプランジャに作用する油圧力の合力と馬力制御バネとの回転モーメントの釣り合いにより馬力制御を行うポンプ装置を備えた建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、コスト増やスペース増を招くことなく簡単な構成で減トルク量の大きな減トルク制御を行うことができようにする。【解決手段】馬力切換ピストン13を馬力制御バネ11の斜板8と反対側の端部を押すように配置して馬力制御バネ11の長さを規制するようにし、馬力切換ピストン13を収容する油室16をシリンダバレル4側のハウジング2の端壁2aに形成する。また、油室16をタンクと一定圧力の油圧源に選択的に連通させ、馬力切換ピストン13を馬力制御バネ11が最も伸びる減トルク位置と馬力制御バネ11が最も縮む通常位置の2位置に切換えるようにする。【選択図】 図1
