CONNECTION METHOD FOR PRECAST MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method for a precast member that enables grout injection work to be performed in an improved way and the precast member to be connected securely with ensured installation work quality.SOLUTION: A connecting precast member 6 is laid on a lower precast member 5, the adjacent precast member having a plurality of open holes 8 formed therethrough that opens from a top edge surface to a bottom edge surface, and the lower precast member being formed by integrally burying a plurality of tubular sleeves 4 at a top edge part. An upper precast member 7 having a plurality of reinforcing bars 7a protruded downward from a bottom edge surface is laid on top of the connecting precast member 6 by inserting the reinforcing bar 7a into the open hole 8 and the sleeve 4. Then, the lower precast member 5, the connecting precast member 6, and the upper precast member 7 are connected integrally by injecting grout material 3 into each of a lower joint part 2 and an upper joint part 9 from discharging ports 10, 12 for the grout material formed at a central part of each of the joint parts 2, 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より好適にグラウト注入作業を行うことができ、確実に施工品質を確保してPCa部材を接合することが可能なPCa部材の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】上端部に複数の筒状のスリーブ4を一体に埋設して形成した下部PCa部材5の上に、上端面から下端面に開口して貫通する複数の貫通孔8を備えて形成した接合用PCa部材6を配置し、下端面から下方に複数の鉄筋7aを突出させて形成した上部PCa部材7を、鉄筋7aを貫通孔8内に挿通するとともにスリーブ4に挿入して接合用PCa部材6の上に配置する。そして、下方目地部2と上方目地部9の各目地部の中央部に設けたグラウト材の吐出口10、12から各目地部2、9にグラウト材3を注入し、下部PCa部材5と接合用PCa部材6と上部PCa部材7を一体に接合する。【選択図】図1
