PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cement composition preventing strength reduction by transition without deteriorating characteristics of alumina cement and further using alumina cement excellent in sulfuric acid resistance, and a cement concrete composition using the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a hydraulic cement composition containing 100 pts.mass of a binding material consisting of 5 to 90 pts.mass of alumina cement and 95 to 10 pts.mass of a latent hydraulic material and 0.1 to 5 pts.mass of one or more selected from salicylic acid and alkali metal salt thereof, where the alumina cement has Blaine specific surface area of 3000 to 5000 cm/g and contains CaO AlOof 55 to 93 mass%, with CaO of 30 to 40 mass%, AlOof 35 to 60 mass% and potassium (in terms of KO) of 0.01 or more and less than 0.3 mass%, and a cement concrete composition containing the hydraulic cement composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None

【課題】アルミナセメントの持つ特長を損なうことなく、転移による強度低下を防止し、さらに硫酸抵抗性に優れるアルミナセメントを用いた、水硬性セメント組成物及びそれを用いたセメントコンクリート組成物を提供する。【解決手段】アルミナセメント５〜９０質量部及び潜在水硬性物質９５〜１０質量部からなる結合材１００質量部と、サリチル酸及びそのアルカリ金属塩から選択された１種又は２種以上の０．１〜５質量部とを含有してなり、アルミナセメントが、ブレーン比表面積３０００〜５０００ｃｍ２／ｇで、ＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３を５５〜９３質量％含有し、ＣａＯ３０〜４０質量％、Ａｌ２Ｏ３３５〜６０質量％、カリウム（Ｋ２Ｏ換算）０．０１以上０．３質量％未満である、水硬性セメント組成物であり、前記水硬性セメント組成物を含有してなるセメントコンクリート組成物、である。【選択図】なし
