PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic pigment which does not require galling, a transfer sheet for transferring the ceramic pigment, and a production method of a colored ceramic using the ceramic pigment.SOLUTION: A ceramic pigment comprises: 100 mass parts of a color development material; 150-400 mass parts of a vehicle; and 15-50 mass parts of a silane coupling agent. The vehicle contains a thermosetting resin. A transfer sheet for transferring the ceramic pigment to a ceramic comprises: a base material; an undercoat layer; a design layer 23; and a support film 24. The undercoat layer is applied on the base material and has water solubility. The design layer 23 is formed on the undercoat layer and is formed of the ceramic pigment. The support film 24 covers the undercoat layer and the design layer 23. The support film 24 is formed of a resin capable of peeling the design layer 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】焼付けが不要な陶磁器用絵具、該陶磁器用絵具を転写するための転写シート及び該陶磁器用絵具を用いた彩色陶磁器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】陶磁器用絵具は、１００質量部の発色材と、１５０〜４００質量部のビヒクルと、１５〜５０質量部のシランカップリング剤とを含有している。ビヒクルは熱硬化性樹脂を含んでいる。また、陶磁器用絵具を陶磁器に転写する転写シートは、基材と、アンダーコート層と、意匠層２３と、支持フィルム２４とを有している。アンダーコート層は基材上に塗布され、水溶性を有している。意匠層２３はアンダーコート層上に形成され、陶磁器用絵具より構成されている。支持フィルム２４はアンダーコート層及び意匠層２３を覆っている。支持フィルム２４は意匠層２３を剥離可能な樹脂から構成されている。【選択図】図２
