REINFORCEMENT INTERSECTION FASTENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement intersection fastener capable of strongly fastening a reinforcement intersection such as an intersection between a first reinforcement and a second reinforcement of a reinforcement cage disposed in a formwork during reinforced concrete structure construction.SOLUTION: A reinforcement intersection fastener comprises: one U bolt 1 that has male screw parts 11, 11 on its both ends; nuts 2, 2; a fastening plate 3. The U bolt 1 has a substantially V-shaped bent part centered on an arc bent part 13 in a direction intersecting a bending direction of an U-shaped bent part 12 between the male screw parts 11, 11 and the U-shaped bent part 12, and the U-shaped bent part 12 is bent in a direction of the male screw parts 11, 11 that intersects the bending direction of the U-shaped bent part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構造物施工時における型枠内に配置される鉄筋かごにおける第１鉄筋と第２鉄筋との交差部などの鉄筋交差部の強固な締結が可能な鉄筋交差部締結具の提供。【解決手段】 両端に雄ねじ部１１、１１を有する１本のＵボルト１及びナット２、２と締結プレート３とで構成され、Ｕボルト１は、その両雄ねじ部１１、１１とＵ字状折曲部１２との間に該Ｕ字状折曲部１２の折曲方向とは交差する方向へ円弧状折曲部１３を中心として略Ｖ字状に折曲形成され、Ｕ字状折曲部１２の部分を該Ｕ字状折曲部１２の折曲方向とは交差する両雄ねじ部１１、１１方向へ折曲されている。【選択図】 図４
