MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MANHOLE WALL WITH INFILTRATION EQUIPMENT AND MANHOLE WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, which can strongly install an infiltration equipment on a manhole wall by simplifying a manufacturing process of an infiltrating manhole, and the manhole wall manufactured by this method.SOLUTION: A bottomed cylinder of an infiltration equipment is integrally molded with a manhole wall by: covering a bottom of the bottomed cylinder by an elastic attachment; installing an elastic rubber packing on one end of a cylindrical holding jig that is inserted in a cylinder part of the bottomed cylinder; disposing the attachment, the bottomed cylinder, the holding jig and the rubber packing in order; contacting the attachment to an outer mold of a manhole wall molding frame; contacting the rubber packing to an inner mold of the manhole wall molding frame; and installing and molding concrete in a state where the attachment, the bottomed cylinder, the holding jig and the rubber packing are fastened by the outer mold and the inner mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】浸透マンホールの製造工程を簡素にして、しかも浸透器を強固にマンホール壁に設置することができる製造方法およびこの方法で製造されたマンホール壁を提供する。【解決手段】有底筒体の底部を弾性体のアタッチメントで覆い、かつ有底筒体の筒部に装入される筒状の押さえ治具の一方の端部に弾性体のゴムパッキンを装着すると共に、アタッチメント、有底筒体、押さえ治具およびゴムパッキンの順に配置して、アタッチメントをマンホール壁成型枠の外型に接触させ、かつ前記ゴムパッキンをマンホール壁成型枠の内型に接触させ、該外型と該内型とにより、アタッチメント、有底筒体、押さえ治具およびゴムパッキンを締め付けた状態でコンクリートを打ち込み成型するにより、浸透器の有底筒体をマンホール壁と一体的に成型する。【選択図】図４
