PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device and an actuator capable of thinning a braking member in a direction of rotation axis core and thinning the clutch device.SOLUTION: A braking member 60 comprises: a first pressing member 160, which has a first butting part 161 that butts a braked part 211 from one side of a first direction and a first spring receiving part 162 positioned on the other side of the braked part 211 in the first direction; a second pressing member 260, which has a second butting part 261 that butts the braked part 211 from the other side in the first direction and a second spring receiving part 262 positioned on one side of the braked part 211 in the first direction; a first energizing spring 170, which is disposed between the first butting part 161 and the second butting part 262 and energizes the first butting part 161 and the second spring receiving part 262 so as to separate from each other in the first direction; and a second energizing spring 270, which is positioned between the second butting part 261 and the first spring receiving part 162 and energizes the second butting part 261 and the first spring receiving part 162 so as to separate from each other in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
