SEISMIC ISOLATION JACK DEVICE AND SEISMIC ISOLATION DEVICE REPLACEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation device replacement method, which enables work to be conducted without imposing horizontal force on a seismic isolation support part, and seismic isolation device replacement work to be conducted so that a seismic isolation performance of a building is maintained.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation device replacement method comprises following processes: to dispose a seismic isolation support jack device 3 around an existing seismic isolation device 2 and fix a lower linear slider 5 on a foundation slab 11; to extend a support jack 6 to make an upper linear slider 4 butt to a lower flange 10A of a beam material 10 and bear a load of an upper structure; to fix the upper linear slider 4 to the lower flange 10A of the beam material 10 using a friction joint jig; to remove the existing seismic isolation device 2 from between the beam material 10 and the foundation slab 11; to fix another seismic isolation device 2 to a fitting part between the beam material 10 and the foundation slab 11; and to remove the seismic isolation support jack device 3 from between the beam material 10 and the foundation slab 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震支承部分で水平力を負担させることなく作業を行うことができ、建物の免震性能を維持した状態で免震装置の交換作業を行うことができる。【解決手段】既設の免震装置2の周囲に免震支持ジャッキ装置3を配置し、下部リニアスライダ5を基礎スラブ11に固定する工程と、支持ジャッキ6を伸張させて上部リニアスライダ4を梁材10の下フランジ10Aに当接させ、上部構造の荷重を負担する工程と、梁材10の下フランジ10Aに上部リニアスライダ4を摩擦接合治具を用いて固定する工程と、既設の免震装置2を梁材10と基礎スラブ11の間から取り外す工程と、別の免震装置2を梁材10と基礎スラブ11の間の取付部分に固定する工程と、免震支持ジャッキ装置3を梁材10と基礎スラブ11の間から取り外す工程と、を有する免震装置の交換方法を提供する。【選択図】図1
