STEEL REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN AND BUILDING USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period by simplifying a construction of a steel reinforced concrete column.SOLUTION: A column P is made of multiple separated column members P1. The column member P1 is formed as a precast member made by integrally installing a coated concrete 3 on a steel column 1 and multiple reinforcements 2. The reinforcement 2 protrudes from a top face of the coated concrete 3 by a predetermined length and a cylindrical coupler 23 in a predetermined length is linked to a lower end of the reinforcement. The reinforcement is embedded in the coated concrete 3 and opens at the undersurface of the coated concrete. The multiple column members P1 are arranged by a precast method after the reinforcement 2 on one side in vertical direction is inserted in and connected to the coupler 23 on the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造の柱の施工を簡略化して、工期の短縮を図る。【解決手段】この柱Pは、複数の分割された柱部材P1からなり、各柱部材P1は、鉄骨柱1、複数の鉄筋2に、被覆コンクリート3が一体に打設されてなるプレキャスト部材として形成され、各鉄筋2は上端部が被覆コンクリート3の上面から所定の長さだけ突出され、下端部に所定の長さを有する筒形形状のカプラ23が連接されて被覆コンクリート3内に埋め込まれてその下面に開口されてなり、複数の柱部材P1が上下に一方の各鉄筋2が他方のカプラ23に挿入されて接合され、プレキャスト工法により組み立てられる。【選択図】図1
