CEILING BACKING STRUCTURE AND JOINING TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling backing structure and a joining tool having high earthquake resistance, and easy even in construction.SOLUTION: A ceiling backing structure on the present invention is constituted of a frame part supported by a structural skeleton and a ceiling backing part 11 supported by the frame part and forming a ceiling backing surface. The frame part has a downward extending bundle material having an upper end part joined to the structural skeleton and a beam material 14 installed between the adjacent bundle materials, as a structural material. The ceiling backing part 11 comprises a ceiling backing material 20 composed of channel steel having a lip part 20a, a backing receiving material 18 for holding the lip part 20a of the ceiling backing material 20 by a cutout part 18b, and a joining tool 21 for joining the backing receiving material 18 to the beam material 14. The joining tool 21 comprises a sandwiching part 22 joined to the beam material 14 in a state of sandwiching the beam material 14, and a short bolt 23 projecting from the sandwiching part 22 and installing the backing receiving material 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い耐震性を有し、施工も容易な天井下地構造及び接合治具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る天井下地構造は、構造躯体に支持された架構部と、架構部に支持され天井下地面を形成する天井下地部11とから構成されている。架構部は、上端部が構造躯体に接合され下方に延びる束材と、隣接する束材間に架設された梁材14とを構造材として備え、天井下地部11は、リップ部20aを有する溝形鋼からなる天井下地材20と、天井下地材20のリップ部20aを切欠部18bで保持する下地受け材18と、下地受け材18を梁材14に接合する接合治具21とを備えている。接合治具21は、梁材14を挟み込んだ状態で梁材14に接合される挟持部22と、挟持部22から突出し下地受け材18が装着される短ボルト23とを有している。【選択図】図2
