PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for reducing an end effect in an end and an opening of a snow protection fence.SOLUTION: In a snow protection fence that comprises a main column erected on the ground and a snow protection plate attached to the main column, a wind reduction and power generation device part, which comprises a blade capable of being rotated by a passing air current in a perpendicular direction on a windward side with respect to the main column and a generator rotated by being connected to the blade, is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】防雪柵における端部や開口部におけるエンドエフェクトを軽減するための手段を提供する。【解決手段】地上に立設される主柱とこの主柱に取り付けられる防雪板よりなる防雪柵において、主柱に対し風上側にて直角方向に、通過気流にて回動可能なるブレードおよび該ブレードに接続されて回動する発電機を備えた減風及び発電装置部を設けたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
