KNOCKDOWN TYPE CABINET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knockdown type cabinet facilitating assembling a rotatably opening/closing door only by an engaging work, in the knockdown type cabinet having the small number of components, not becoming bulky when packaging, enabling assembly in a short time even without using an industrial tool or a screw at all, and having high rigidity.SOLUTION: A knockdown type cabinet which is completed by sequentially assembling both lateral plates 2, a back plate, a top plate 5 and a door 4 into a bottom plate is obtained by: connecting in a horizontally rotatable manner the tip part of a body side upper hinge member 42 to the tip part of a door side upper hinge member 41 previously fixed to the upper end of the door, in a spindle 43 in the vertical direction; connecting both lateral plates to at least the bottom plate followed by engaging a holding plate 44 in a base part of the body side upper hinge member with the front end part upper end of the lateral plate in a pullout-prevented state; making the top plate have side flange parts 53 on both side edges of a top plate body part 52; and engaging the top plate with both lateral plates from the upper side in a pullout-prevented state and simultaneously, pushing the holding plate by the side flange parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
【課題】部品点数が少なく、梱包時に嵩張らなく、工具やネジを全く使用しなくても短時間で組み立てが可能で、更に剛性の高いノックダウン式キャビネットにおいて、回動開閉する扉を嵌合作業のみで簡単に組み付けることが可能なノックダウン式キャビネットを提供する。【解決手段】底板に両側板２、背板、天板５及び扉４を順次組み付けて完成させるノックダウン式キャビネットであって、予め扉の上端に固定した扉側上ヒンジ部材４１の先端部に本体側上ヒンジ部材４２の先端部を鉛直方向の支軸４３にて水平回転可能に連結しておき、少なくとも底板に両側板を連結した後、本体側上ヒンジ部材の基部の保持板４４を側板の前端部上端に抜け止め状態で嵌合し、天板は天板本体部５２の両側縁に側鍔部５３を有し、天板を両側板に上方から抜け止め状態で嵌合すると同時に、側鍔部で保持板を押さえ込む。【選択図】 図２０
