BUILDING HAVING HABITABLE ROOM WITH SHARED STORAGE SPACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a habitable room with a shared storage space that enhances a degree of freedom of furniture layout and enables effective use of a limited indoor space, thereby improving the usability of the habitable room and a living environment, and allowing changes with time in a family make-up and a life style to be dealt with flexibly.SOLUTION: A building having a habitable room with a shared storage space of the present invention includes a habitable room 11 with a shared storage space 13 and a pair of small spaces 12 laid out on both sides of the shared storage space 13. The shared storage space 13 has at least one doorway 14 to the storage space that allows entry to/exit from the shared storage space 13 from each of the small spaces 12. The habitable room 11 has a doorway 17 to the habitable room that allows entry to/exit from other indoor spaces adjacent to the habitable room 11 through a partitioning wall 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】家具レイアウトの自由度を高めるとともに、限られた大きさの室内空間を有効活用することにより、居室の使い勝手や住環境を向上させ、また、時間と共に変化する家族構成やライフスタイル等の変化に容易に対応することを可能にした、共用収納室付き居室を備える建物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の共用収納室付き居室を備える建物は、共用収納室１３と、共用収納室１３を挟んで両側に設けられた一対の小空間１２とを有する居室１１を備え、共用収納室１３は、それぞれの小空間１２から共用収納室１３への出入りを可能とする少なくとも１つの収納室出入口１４を有し、居室１１は、間仕切壁１６を隔てて居室１１に隣接する他の屋内空間への出入りを可能とする居室出入口１７を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
