PREFORM MATERIAL, AND METALLIC MOLD FOR FORMING ROOF TILE BASIS MATERIAL FROM PREFORM MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform material and a roof tile basis material that may be volume-produced readily and overcome problems with conventional two-component preform material comprising a ceramic roof tile body and a cover body with an opening for inserting a wire that covers a hole, a wall piece and a cutoff wall piece formed on the ceramic roof tile body, the problems including a large amount of labor and time needed for assembly and burdens regarding work arrangement, preparation, stock management and other management work.SOLUTION: A preform material of a wiring roof tile includes a tunneled preform material having a conduit pipe insertion hole formed on a roof tile body preform material pierced with a through-hole, and a blocked insertion hole formed on the tunneled preform material by pressing in a side of the roof tile body with the tunneled preform material cut in and off, and the through-hole and the insertion hole are communicated. The configuration allows the preform material of the wiring roof tile to be formed as an integrated product and the structure to be secured. The preform material as an integrally formed product is manufactured by means of adjusting a clay property and a water content, adding oil and a release agent, and coordinating manufacturing processes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2-3
【課題】 従来、陶器瓦本体に載架された孔、壁片と止水壁片をカバーし、配線挿入用の開口部を備えたカバー体とでなる二部品である。荒地、瓦素地の製造は、容易であるとともに、量産化に適する。二部品であり、組付けに、人手と時間を要することが考えられる。また、段取り、仕掛け、或いは在庫管理等の準備に手間と管理が必要となり、厄介と考えられる。【解決手段】 貫通孔を開設した瓦本体荒地に電線管用差込孔を有するトンネル荒地を形成し、トンネル荒地に切り込みを入れ切り落とした切り落とし側を押え込みトンネル荒地の閉塞差込孔を形成するとともに、貫通孔と差込孔とを連通する配線瓦の荒地であり、配線瓦の荒地を、一体製品として成形でき構造を確保できる。一体製品の荒地を、粘土の特性と、水分率、又は油、離形剤の添加調整を駆使するとともに、工程組合せ等の手段により、製造する。【選択図】 図2−3
