FREE STOP STRUCTURE OF SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free stop structure applicable also to a groove-type guide rail that hangs a sliding door, and allowing a free stop function to be turned on/off as necessary by a single operation.SOLUTION: A sash roller unit N turns a free stop function on/off by moving between a free stop actuation position and a free stop cancellation position, laterally in parallel to an axle of a sash roller 25. The sash roller unit is moved using a driver or other operation tools for rotating forward and inversely a screw shaft of switching operation means P, causing a slider to move forward on the screw shaft in accordance with a direction of rotation of the screw shaft, which in turn pushes a gear ring having an engaging part engaged to an engaging groove, at the same time engaging a movable gear on an outer periphery with a fixed gear 25a of the sash roller 25. Here, the free stop actuation position is a position where the free stop function is applied to the sash roller 25, while the free stop cancellation position is a position where the gears are disengaged to prevent the free stop function from being applied to the sash roller 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】引戸等のスライド式扉を上吊する溝型ガイドレールにもフリーストップ構造を適用可能とし、必要に応じてフリーストップ機能のオンオフをワンタッチ操作で簡単に切り替えるフリーストップ構造を提供する。【解決手段】戸車ユニットＮは、ドライバ等の操作具を使い切替操作手段Ｐのねじ軸を正逆回転させると、ねじ軸の回転方向に応じてスライダがねじ軸上を直進して係止部が係止溝に係止したギヤリングを押しながら、外周の可動歯車が戸車２５の固定歯車２５ａと噛み合ってフリーストップ機能が戸車２５に作用するフリーストップ作用位置と、噛み合いが外れてフリーストップ機能が戸車２５に作用しないフリーストップ解除位置との間を戸車２５の車軸と平行に横移動することによりフリーストップ機能のオンオフ動作を切り替える構造になっている。【選択図】図１
