PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer mechanism and the like capable of suitably maintaining durability of a precast block.SOLUTION: A spacer mechanism 1 is provided on a surface of a precast block 2. The spacer mechanism 1 comprises a nut 11 that is arranged away from the surface of the precast block 2, an anchor bar 13 for fixing a position of the nut 11, and a bolt 15 that is held by being screwed to the nut 11. One end of the anchor bar 13 is embedded in the precast block 2, and the nut 11 is attached to the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャストブロックの耐久性を好適に維持できるスペーサ機構等を提供する。【解決手段】スペーサ機構１は、プレキャストブロック２の表面に設けられる。スペーサ機構１は、プレキャストブロック２の表面から離隔して配置されるナット１１と、ナット１１の位置を固定するためのアンカー筋１３と、ナット１１に螺合して保持されるボルト１５と、を有する。アンカー筋１３の一方の端部はプレキャストブロック２に埋設され、他方の端部にナット１１が取り付けられる。【選択図】図１
