FITTING STRUCTURE OF OPENING/CLOSING BODY DEVICE AND FITTING METHOD OF OPENING/CLOSING BODY DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of opening/closing body device and a fitting method of opening/closing body device capable of fitting an opening/closing body device to a building skeleton with easy fitting work and with high positional accuracy.SOLUTION: A fitting structure of an opening/closing body device includes: a bracket 25 for supporting a drive part which performs opening/closing drive of a shutter curtain 15; a guide rail 21 for guiding opening/closing of the shutter curtain 15; and a fitting frame 33 by which the bracket 25 and the guide rail 21 are fixed so as to become a predetermined relative position and fit to a building skeleton and thus, the bracket 25 and the guide rail 21 are fit to the building skeleton simultaneously. The fitting frame 33 can be constituted of: a guide rail support frame 23 having a frame side fitting surface 41 for supporting the guide rail 21 and being in parallel with a fit surface of the building skeleton; a bracket base 35 having a base side fitting surface 47 for supporting the bracket 25 and becoming flush with the frame side fitting surface 41; and an auxiliary plate 37 for connecting and fixing the bracket base 35 and the guide rail support frame 23 in a flush manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】開閉体装置を容易な取り付け作業で且つ高い位置精度で建物躯体に取り付けできる開閉体装置の取付構造及び開閉体装置の取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】開閉体装置の取付構造において、シャッターカーテン１５の開閉駆動を行う駆動部を支持するブラケット２５と、シャッターカーテン１５の開閉を案内するガイドレール２１と、ブラケット２５とガイドレール２１とが所定の相対位置となるように固定され建物躯体に取り付けられることでブラケット２５及びガイドレール２１を同時に建物躯体に取り付ける取付枠３３と、を設けた。取付枠３３は、ガイドレール２１を支持して建物躯体の被取付面と平行な枠側取付面４１を有するガイドレール支持枠２３と、ブラケット２５を支持して枠側取付面４１と面一となるベース側取付面４７を有するブラケットベース３５と、ブラケットベース３５とガイドレール支持枠２３とを面一に連結固定する補助プレート３７と、によって構成することができる。【選択図】 図２
