CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF MANHOLE REHABILITATION MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a manhole rehabilitation member used for rehabilitating an existing manhole that may be connected readily and maintains water cut-off performance even when a joint between the manhole rehabilitation members opened at a time of earthquake.SOLUTION: A connection structure is for manhole rehabilitation members 1, 2 used for rehabilitating an existing manhole. Rubber packings 45, 46 are fixed respectively on an outer peripheral surface of an upper edge part 1a of the lower manhole rehabilitation member 1 and a lower edge part 2a of the upper manhole rehabilitation member 2. The lower edge part 2a is inserted into a socket formed by fitting a part of a collar member 3 into the top edge part 1a, the collar member having an inner peripheral surface with which the rubber packings 45, 46 come in contact, while being fitted externally on the lower and upper manhole rehabilitation members 1, 2. The rubber packings 45, 46 have two ring-form lip parts 45a, 45b,... that protrude outward in an axial direction leaving an interval. A gap C1 is formed between the ring-form lip parts 45a, 45b,..., while the collar member 3 is fitted externally on the top edge part 1a and the lower edge part 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既設人孔を更生する人孔更生部材の接続構造において、接続が容易でありながら、地震時に人孔更生部材同士の継目に開きが生じた場合にも、止水性を保つ。【解決手段】既設人孔を更生する人孔更生部材1,2の接続構造である。下側人孔更生部材1の上端部1aおよび上側人孔更生部材2の下端部2aの外周面にはゴムパッキン45,46がそれぞれ固定されている。下側および上側人孔更生部材1,2に外嵌された状態でゴムパッキン45,46が内周面に接触するカラー部材3の一部を、上端部1aに嵌めることで形成される受口に、下端部2aが挿入されている。ゴムパッキン45,46は、軸方向に間隔をあけて外側に突出する2つの環状リップ部45a,45b,…を有しており、カラー部材3が上端部1aおよび下端部2aに外嵌された状態で、環状リップ部45a,45b,…の間に隙間C1が生じるように形成されている。【選択図】図4
