PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window member capable of suppressing dew condensation on a glass plate or a window frame.SOLUTION: A window member 1 includes: a multi-layered glass 20; a window frame 5; and a heater 4. The multi-layered glass 20 has two glass plates 2a and 2b which are disposed being separated from each other in a thickness direction of the multi-layered glass 20, and a liquid heating medium filling a space between the two glass plates 2a and 2b. The window frame 5 holds the multi-layered glass 20. The heater 4 is held by a window frame 5 and heats a heating medium 3 and the window frame 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
