BASE ISOLATION STACKED IN MULTIPLE TIERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation stacked in multiple tiers that is a single structure capable of effectively performing a base isolation in a horizontal direction under a large stroke when a large earthquake occurs while restricting an occupying area at a normal time of the base isolation itself.SOLUTION: A base isolation 1 stacked in multiple tiers of the present invention comprises a fixed floor 4 supported on a floor slab 2 with supporting legs 3 of which upper surfaces are adjusted in level at the same height, a lower frame 52, an upper frame 53, and a supported base isolation mechanism 54 performing a base isolation in a horizontal direction installed between these members. The base isolation also comprises a lower base isolation floor 51 assembled with the upper frame 53 being protruded upwardly in respect to the fixed floor 4, a lower frame 62, an upper frame 63, and a supported base isolation mechanism arranged between these members to perform the base isolation in a horizontal direction. The base isolation also comprises an upper base isolation floor 61 having the same size as that of the lower base isolation floor 51 arranged on the lower base isolation floor 51 in a type of stacked in multiple tiers. A motion stroke of an object mounted on the upper base isolation floor 61 at the time of earthquake is applied as a total sum of motion strokes of the upper base isolation floor 61 and the lower base isolation floor 51 at the time of earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】単一構造体であり、免震床自体の通常時の占有面積を抑えつつ大きな地震発生時には、大きなストロークをもって水平方向の免震動作を有効に行うことができる多段積み式免震床を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の多段積み式免震床1は、床スラブ2上で支持脚3により支持され上面を同一高さにレベル調整された固定床4と、下架台52と、上架台53と、これらの間に配置した水平方向の免震動作を行う支承の免震機構54とを具備し、固定床4に対して上架台53側を上方に突出させて組み込んだ下免震床51と、下架台62と、上架台63と、これらの間に配置した水平方向の免震動作を行う支承の免震機構とを具備し、下免震床51上に積み上げ式で配置した下免震床51と同一寸法の上免震床61と、を有し、上免震床61上に載置した被免震物の地震動時の移動ストロークを、上免震床61と下免震床51の免震動作時の移動ストロークとの総和としたものである。【選択図】図1
