PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for easily pulling-out an underground placing pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided a base body 1 of optional shape having a flat lower surface and having a base plate. There is provided a turning pipe 5 that can be turned in a vertical direction in respect to the lower surface of the base body. There is provided a clamp holding body 10 that can be turned in a prescribed angular range in respect to the turning pipe in the same turning direction as that of the turning pipe. There is provided a clamp 15 that is held at the clamp holding body and that can be turned in a turning direction crossing at a right angle in respect to the clamp holding body within a prescribed angular range and a pair of pipe holding segments are oppositely arranged at the clamp while being spaced apart by a prescribed distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土中打込管を容易に引き抜くための手段を提供する。【解決手段】平坦下面を有するとともに台板を有する任意形状の基体１を設け、基体下面に対し垂直方向に回動可能なる回動管体５を設けるとともに、回動管体に対し所定角度範囲内にて、回動管体と同一回動方向に回動可能なるクランプ保持体１０を設け、クランプ保持体に保持されるとともにクランプ保持体に対して直交する回動方向に、所定角度範囲内にて回動可能なるクランプ１５を設け、クランプに一対の管体挟持部を所定距離を有して対向配置した。【選択図】図１
