PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house capable of effectively utilizing an indoor space.SOLUTION: A pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 formed as a bilaterally symmetrical room layout via a parting wall 6, are included in a plurality of dwelling units 2 and 3 in an apartment house 1, and the parting wall 6 comprises a straight line wall part 7 for partitioning the pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 in a straight line shape and a plan view substantially S-shaped irregular shape wall part 8 of continuing with the straight line wall part 7 and partitioning the pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 so as to meander, and the irregular shape wall part 8 comprises a first space 8a of opening toward one dwelling unit 2 among the pair of dwelling units 2 and 3 and a second space 8b of opening toward the other dwelling unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】室内スペースを有効活用することが可能な集合住宅を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】集合住宅１における複数の住戸２，３には、界壁６を介して左右対称的な間取りとされた一対の住戸２，３が含まれており、界壁６は、一対の住戸２，３を直線状に仕切る直線壁部７と、直線壁部７と連続し、かつ一対の住戸２，３を蛇行するようにして仕切る平面視略Ｓ字状の異形壁部８と、を有しており、異形壁部８は、一対の住戸２，３のうち一方の住戸２に向かって開口する第一空間８ａと、他方の住戸３に向かって開口する第二空間８ｂと、を備える。【選択図】図１
