PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock device that comprises a master key return mechanism and is reducible in diameter in a radial direction.SOLUTION: A cylinder lock device 1 comprises a first sleeve 40, a slider 70 as a slide member, a third sleeve 90, a spring 110 which has a second sleeve 80 arranged with respective end faces opposed along an axis CL, and energizes the slider 70, second sleeve 80 or the like toward a rotor 30 to bring them into contact with the rotor 30. As a key is rotated with a proper key (master key) inserted into the rotor 30, the second sleeve 80 and a holder lever 60 rotate together with the rotor 30. Further, the cylinder lock device comprises a free-wheel mechanism comprising an engagement release mechanism which disengages the side of the rotor 30 and the side of the second sleeve 80 from each other to let the rotor 30 idle with respect to the holder lever 60 if the rotor 30 is forcibly rotated with an improper key, a screwdriver or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
