PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rise condominium with a parking space, capable of equal parking, and capable of becoming functional and aesthetic in an appearance, such that one's own car exists nearby one's own side and can be always confirmed through glass for an inhabitant.SOLUTION: A high-rise condominium in which a plurality of residence vertical columns where an each-house room becomes gradually high and heavy are arranged, is formed by arranging a vertical open space and respective common use rooms of left-right independent-house rooms between left-right residence vertical columns, and a multistory parking space is equipped in its vertical open space, and is constituted so that one's own automobile can be confirmed through a glass window from the respective residence rooms.EFFECT: An inhabitant can equally enjoy convenience and maneuverability since a parking space exists adjacently to and closely to the house-room and also a sense of security such that the own car can be confirmed through window glass, and in the case when the parking space is a built-in type, a machine is not openly visible in an appearance, and the condominium has the excellent effect such that it is aesthetically adaptable to an environment since uniform beauty of bilateral symmetry is expressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
