PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dredging apparatus which suppresses pollution diffusion even in a place where water flows and which efficiently performs pump dredging, and a dredging method.SOLUTION: A dredging apparatus 1 includes: a cylindrical casing 2 which reaches a water bottom and which comprises a horizontal stream shielding area R1; a jet nozzle that floats up sediment, accumulated on the water bottom, into the casing 2; and a sand pump 3 that pumps up the sediment floating below the casing 2. The sand pump 3 and the jet nozzle are housed within the horizontal stream shielding area R1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水の流れがある場所でも汚濁拡散を抑制すると共に効率良くポンプ浚渫を行う浚渫装置及び浚渫方法を提供する。【解決手段】浚渫装置１は、水底に着底されて水平方向水流遮蔽領域Ｒ１を備えた筒状のケーシング２と、水底に堆積した土砂をケーシング２内に浮上させるジェットノズルと、ケーシング２の下方を浮遊する土砂を揚水するサンドポンプ３と、を備えている。サンドポンプ３とジェットノズルとは、水平方向水流遮蔽領域Ｒ１内に収容されている。【選択図】図１
