METHOD FOR DETERMINING WORKABILITY OF CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform judgement whether the workability of a concrete is on a high level or a low level in a quick and appropriate manner.SOLUTION: A concrete is thrown into a container used at a construction site for each blending of a concrete used for construction of various types of concrete structures, and an inner part vibrator is inserted into the concrete to start the vibration of the inner part vibrator, and a load current value of the inner part vibrator is measured, and then, an average value of the load current value between the start of the vibration of the inner part vibrator and an appropriate time is obtained. A slump of the concrete is estimated based on the measurement result and a relation between an average value of the load current value for an arbitrary period of time of the inner part vibrator determined under the same condition as the construction site before construction and the slump to perform judgement whether the workability of the concrete is on a high level or a low level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートのワーカビリティの良否の判定を迅速かつ適切に行う。【解決手段】各種コンクリート構造物の施工に用いるコンクリートの配合毎に、施工現場で使用する容器にコンクリートを投入し、当該コンクリートの中に内部振動機を挿入して、内部振動機の振動を開始し内部振動機の負荷電流値を測定して、内部振動機の振動開始から適宜の時間の負荷電流値の平均値を求め、その測定結果と、施工前に施工現場と同じ条件で求めた内部振動機の任意の時間の負荷電流値の平均値とスランプとの関係とに基づいて、当該コンクリートのスランプを推定し、ワーカビリティの良否の判定を行う。【選択図】図1
