CROSS RAIL SUPPORT DEVICE FOR PARTITION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross rail support device for a partition panel, which is used for a partition panel formed by installing a cross rail across braces erected to support a panel plate through a support metal fitting in order to keep a constant distance between the braces, enables the support metal fitting that is inexpensive and has a simple structure to be easily fixed to a side face of the brace or to be screwed on a vertical surface such as the side face of the brace as needed, and enables multiple fitting modes to be selected.SOLUTION: A support metal fitting is a substantially L-shaped member in front view and has a vertical stationary plate 69 and a horizontal support plate 70. A constricted part with narrow width is formed near a bent part 71 between the stationary plate and the support plate. A hook piece 73 is formed by cutting and raising on both sides of the stationary plate corresponding to the constricted part. The hook piece is latched together with a pair of engaging holes 76 formed on both side parts on a side face of a brace 3. The stationary plate is butted to the side face of the brace and an end part of a cross rail 7 is laid and screwed on the support plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】パネル板を支持するために立設した支柱間に、その間隔を一定に保持するために支持金具を介して横桟を架設してなる間仕切パネルにおいて、支持金具の構造が簡単で安価である上に、支柱の側面へ容易に装着することが可能、また必要に応じて支柱の側面等の垂直面にネジ止めすることも可能であり、取付態様を複数選択可能な間仕切パネルにおける横桟支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】支持金具は垂直な固定板６９と水平な支持板７０とを有する正面視略Ｌ字形に形成した部材であり、固定板と支持板の屈曲部７１の近傍に幅の狭いくびれ部を形成するとともに、くびれ部に対応する固定板の両側にフック片７３を切起して形成してなり、支柱３の側面の両側部に形成した一対の係合孔７６にフック片を係止するとともに、固定板を支柱の側面に当接し、支持板に横桟７の端部を載置しネジ止めしてなる。【選択図】 図１５
