DOOR FRAME FITTING DEVICE ON PARTITION PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame fitting device on a partition panel that enables a door frame to be screwed on a support post leaving a certain gap, replaces a metallic component processed by bending into a hat shape with a synthetic resin spacer of a lower price, reduces the number of spot welding steps and avoids leaving a spot welding mark on a finished surface.SOLUTION: A door frame 54 is a long member formed by bending a steel plate, has a door stop part 55 on one side and a space 57 on the other side that is surrounded with both side wall parts 56 and open on sides, and includes a plurality of synthetic resin spacers 58 held in the space. Posture retaining means is provided in the spacer for retaining a posture in the space, along with a guide hole 64 for guiding a fixing screw toward a screw hole or a prepared hole 62 formed on a side surface of the support post from a fitting hole 61 formed on the door stop part of the door frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】ドア枠を支柱に一定の空間を保ってネジ止めすることができ、ハット曲げ加工した金属部品よりも安価な合成樹脂製のスペーサーに置き換え、スポット溶接工数の削減と仕上げ面にスポット加工痕を生じさせない間仕切パネルにおけるドア枠取付装置を提供する。【解決手段】ドア枠５４は、スチール板を折曲形成した長尺部材であり、一側に戸当り部５５を有するとともに、他側に両側壁部５６で囲まれた側方開放の空間部５７を有し、空間部内に保持する合成樹脂製の複数のスペーサー５８を備え、スペーサーには、空間部内で姿勢を保持する姿勢保持手段を備えるとともに、ドア枠の戸当り部に形成した取付孔６１から支柱の側面に形成した螺孔若しくは下穴６２に固定ネジを案内するガイド孔６４を備えた。【選択図】図１４
