PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable asphalt material melting pot which can be moved to a construction site, enables construction work by successively discharging only its melted asphalt material in a stage where melting of a solidified asphalt material reaches about 20%, enables a starting time to be greatly shortened, enables a use amount of fuel to be reduced, and enables safe work to be continued continuously.SOLUTION: A movable asphalt material melting pot 1 is constituted of: an outer pot 2 surrounded by an outside wall part and having wheels in its lower part; and an inner pot 3 having a heating space part 4 on the inside of the outer pot and having an asphalt material storage part 8 with its upper part opened, which is constituted of a bottom part 6 and an inside wall part. The movable asphalt material melting pot comprises: an erected cylinder body 9 forming melting asphalt material inflow holes 16 which make a melting asphalt material flow in, in the inner pot; a projection cylindrical pipe 11 with its one end side projected to the outside from a through-hole of an outside wall part; a cock 12 for adjusting an outflow volume of the melting asphalt material at a tip part of the projection cylindrical pipe; and a bent cylindrical body 13 for discharging at the outside of the cock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工箇所に移動でき、固化アスファルト材の溶解が約２０％ほどに達した段階で、その溶けたアスファルト材のみを順次排出して施工作業することができ、開始時間を大幅に短縮させ、且つ、燃料の使用量を少なく、継続的に安全な作業を続けることができる移動式アスファルト材溶解釜を提供する。【解決手段】外側壁部で囲まれ下部に車輪を備えた外釜２の内側に加熱空間部４を有して底部６及び内側壁部よりなる上方が開放されたアスファルト材収納部８を有する内釜３とよりなる移動式アスファルト材溶解釜１において、内釜に溶解アスファルト材を流出させる溶解アスファルト材流入孔１６を形成した立ち上げ筒体９と、他方側を外側壁部の貫通孔から外方へ突出させた突出筒管１１と、突出筒管の先端部に溶解アスファルト材の流出量を調整するコック１２及びその外方の排出用曲り筒体１３とよりなる。【選択図】図３
