OPERATION SUPPORT DEVICE OF WORKING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device of a working machine, the device that can properly provide information necessary for improving productivity to an operator of the working machine.SOLUTION: An operation support device of a working machine detects manipulated variables of a boom operating lever 30, an arm operating lever 31, a work tool operating lever 32 and a turning operating lever 33. The operation support device also detects a posture of an operation front 101 using a boom angle sensor 40, an arm angle sensor 41 and a work tool angle sensor 42, and detects a pressure of each cylinder with each of pressure sensors 44-46. Based on these detection values and ON/OFF of a measurement on-off switch 47, a unit time work amount is calculated with a unit time work amount calculation unit 60 in a controller 200, a combined control time is calculated with a combined control time calculation unit 70, a stop time is calculated with a stop time calculation unit 71, a heavy load time is calculated with a heavy load time calculation unit 72, and these operation results are displayed to a monitor 201 along with a preset effect degree by operators, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】作業機械の操作者に対して生産性を向上するために必要な情報を適切に提供することが可能な作業機械の操作支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】ブーム操作レバー30、アーム操作レバー31、作業具操作レバー32、旋回操作レバー33の操作量を検出し、作業フロント101の姿勢をブーム角度センサ40、アーム角度センサ41、作業具角度センサ42にて検出し、各圧力センサ44〜46にて各シリンダの圧力を検出する。これらの検出値および計測オンオフスイッチ47のON・OFFに基づいて、コントローラ200内の単位時間作業量演算部60にて単位時間作業量を演算し、複合操作時間演算部70にて複合操作時間を演算し、停止時間演算部71にて停止時間を演算し、高負荷時間演算部72にて高負荷時間を演算し、これらの演算結果をオペレータ等によって予め設定された影響度とともにモニタ201に表示する。【選択図】 図4
