PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve which is excellent in fire resistance and which facilitates construction of a compartment penetration structure.SOLUTION: A sleeve placed before placement of concrete 3 to form a compartment penetration hole 16 in the concrete 3 includes a hollow sleeve body 12 that is made of a thermally-expansible fireproof resin material, and a fin part 18 that extends from an inner surface 12a of the sleeve body 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
