ANCHOR BOLT AND ITS PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt that can be rigidly fixed to a hole formed at a concrete wall and the like and provide its process of manufacture.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt of the present invention includes: four abutting segments 12 forming inner surfaces 14 that can be contacted with a slant surface 11 of a tapered member 7; and a bridging part 13 formed by a main body part 13a and connecting parts 13b for fixing extremity ends of the abutting segments 12. A rod part 3 having a male thread 9 is connected to the tapered member 7. Slant surfaces 11 of the tapered member 7 approach a central axis of the tapered member 7 as they face toward a base end part of the anchor bolt. Outer peripheral surfaces 15 of the abutting segments 12 can be contacted in surface with an inner peripheral surface 4 of a hole 2 at a wall surface 1 under a state in which the inner surfaces 14 of the abutting segments 12 are contacted in surface with the slant surfaces 11 of the tapered member 7. Connecting parts 13b of the bridging part 13 is formed to be slanted from the tapered member 7 as it faces toward a free end of the abutting segments 12 under its free state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート壁などに設けた孔にしっかりと固定できるアンカーボルトおよびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明にかかるアンカーボルトは、テーパー部材7の傾斜面11に面接触可能な内面14を形成する四個の当接部12と、本体部13aおよび当接部12の先端を固定する接続部13bで形成する架橋部13とを有する。テーパー部材7には雄ねじ9を有するロッド部3を接続する。テーパー部材7の傾斜面11はアンカーボルトの基端側に向かうに従ってテーパー部材7の中心軸に近づく。当接部12の内面14がテーパー部材7の傾斜面11に面接触している状態で、当接部12の外周面15が壁面1の孔2の内周面4に面接触可能になっている。架橋部13の接続部13bは、自由状態で当接部12の自由端側に向かうに従ってテーパー部材7から離れるように傾斜状に形成している。【選択図】 図1
