ROLLING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling machine that is easily adaptive to specifications change or the like of an engine by securing a margin of space in a front vehicle body in a vehicle width direction and can have an oil cooler and a radiator easily cleaned by improving maintainability.SOLUTION: A front vehicle body 4 and a rear vehicle body 5 are coupled to each other through an articulate mechanism 6, and beveled slope faces 4d are formed at corner parts of a rear face 4a of the front vehicle body 4 and both right and left side faces 4b, 4c for prevention against interference between the front vehicle body 4 and rear vehicle body 5 accompanying flexure in turning. An engine 19 is laterally placed and arranged at a rear-side position in the front vehicle body 4, and a hydraulic pump 23 and a charge pump 24 of HST are coupled directly to a rear side of the engine 19. A cooling fan 25 is mounted on a front side of the engine 19, and a radiator 26 for cooling cooling water of the engine 19 is arranged between the cooling fan 25 and the right side face 4c of the front vehicle body 4. An oil cooler 27 cooling working oil of the HST is arranged in a dead space formed on a vehicle rear side of the radiator 26 corresponding to the slope face 4d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】前部車体内に車幅方向のスペース的な余裕を確保してエンジンの仕様変更などに容易に対応できると共に、メンテナンス性を向上してオイルクーラやラジエータを容易に清掃できる転圧機械を提供する。【解決手段】前部車体4と後部車体5とをアーティキュレート機構6を介して連結し、旋回時の屈曲に伴う前部車体4と後部車体5との干渉防止のために、前部車体4の後面4aと左右両側面4b,4cとの角部にそれぞれ面取り状の斜面4dを形成する。前部車体4内の後側位置にエンジン19を横置き配置し、エンジン19の後側にHSTの油圧ポンプ23とチャージポンプ24とを直結する。エンジン19の前側に冷却ファン25を装着し、冷却ファン25と前部車体4の右側面4cとの間にエンジン19の冷却水を冷却するラジエータ26を配設する。ラジエータ26の車両後側に斜面4dと対応して形成されるデッドスペースに、HSTの作動油を冷却するオイルクーラ27を配設する。【選択図】図2
