VENTILATION STRUCTURE AND VENTILATION MATERIAL OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure, easy in construction, by enabling waterproofing of a spandrel wall skeleton while ventilating the spandrel wall inside.SOLUTION: A ventilation structure of a building comprises a ventilation part 41 arranged along both sides in the thickness direction of a spandrel wall skeleton upper part and respectively forming a ventilation passage 42 for communicating the spandrel wall inside and an external part and a plate-like installation part 43 of projecting from the ventilation part. The installation part comprises: first and second ventilation materials 30 and 31 fixed to a spandrel wall skeleton upper surface; a waterproof material 32 for water-tightly blocking up between the installation part of the first ventilation material 30 and the installation part of the second ventilation material 31; a coping installing member 33 fixed to the spandrel wall skeleton upper surface via the installation part of the first ventilation material, the installation part of the second ventilation material and the waterproof material; and a coping 35 locked on the coping installing member, and continuously covering up to the side of the second ventilation material via an upper part of the coping installing member from the side of the first ventilation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
