CLOTH-STRETCHED STRUCTURE OF INNER WALL CORNER PART, CORNER MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION AND CLOTH-STRETCHED CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF INNER WALL CORNER PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth-stretched structure of an inner wall corner part, the structure that may not cause float of a cloth material after construction even if using a non-permeable cloth material, and provide a corner material for construction used for the same and a cloth-stretched construction method of the inner wall corner part.SOLUTION: A cloth-stretched structure comprises: a wall base material W having hygroscopicity or moisture permeability; a corner material A fixed on wall base material W in an angled form; a putty material P coated and hardened on this corner material A; and a non-moisture permeable cloth material C stuck on this putty material P by an adhesive. Also, a synthetic resin thin plate having a pair of flat plate parts 11, 11 and a central bending part 12 for connecting these is used for the base material 1 of the corner material A. Furthermore, a hole array L formed by arranging multiple through-holes H, H ... at a predetermined spacing in the length direction of the flat plate part 11 on the flat plate part 11 of the base material is juxtaposed at predetermined row intervals in the width direction of the flat plate part 11 and an open area ratio of the flat plate part 11 is made 10-50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 非通気性のクロス材を使用した場合でも施工後にクロス材の浮きが生じない内壁コーナー部のクロス張り構造、及びそれに使用される建築用コーナー材および内壁コーナー部のクロス張り施工法を提供すること。【解決手段】 吸湿性または透湿性を有する壁下地材Wと;壁下地材W上にアングル状の形態で固定されたコーナー材Aと;このコーナー材A上に塗布されて固められたパテ材Pと;このパテ材P上に接着剤によって張り付けられた非透湿性のクロス材Cとを含んで構成すると共に、前記コーナー材Aの基材1に、一対の平板部11・11とこれらを繋ぐ中央の折曲げ部12とを有する合成樹脂製の薄板を使用し、更に当該基材の平板部11上に、複数の貫通孔H・H…を平板部11の長さ方向に所定の孔間隔で並べた孔列Lを、平板部11の幅方向に所定の列間隔で並設して、平板部11の開口率を10〜50%とした。【選択図】 図1
