PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose protection structure which makes a scratch-proof member on the outermost layer less likely to be affected by expansion/contraction of a heat insulation member covering a hose, and to provide a construction machine including the hose protection structure.SOLUTION: A hose protection structure is used to protect a hose disposed in an engine room of a construction machine and includes: a heat insulation member (31) covering hoses (21, 22); a non-viscous intermediate member (32) wound around the heat insulation member; and a viscous scratch-proof member (33) wound around the intermediate member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
