PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational inertia mass device capable of effectively avoiding resonance phenomenon due to input of periodic vibration energy, and a vibration control structure including the rotary inertia mass device.SOLUTION: A rotational inertia mass device includes a displacement dependence type adjustment mechanism 2 configured to change rigidity according to displacement, and adjusts rigidity by the displacement dependence type adjustment mechanism 2 when periodic vibration energy is input, so that a natural period changes. Also, the displacement dependence type adjustment mechanism 2 includes a nonlinear rotational inertia element 4 and strong nonlinear rigidity element 3, and the nonlinearities of the nonlinear rotational inertia element 4 and the strong linear rigidity element 3 are dependent on displacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
