PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blind control system and control device that control operation of an electric blind device belonging to each group.SOLUTION: An electric blind control system comprises a plurality of sets, each of which includes a plurality of electric blind devices and a control device for controlling the respective electric blind devices. Each control device comprises: a transmission unit that, in the case of controlling operation of respective electric blind devices belonging to a set differing from the control device's set, transmits a control signal including a destination, a control device belonging to the same set as the respective electric blind devices; a reception unit for receiving a control signal transmitted from another control device; and a signal creation unit that, in the case of having received a control signal addressed to the control device, creates a control signal for controlling operation of respective electric blind devices belonging to the same set as the control device, on the basis of the received control signal. The control device controls operation of the respective electric blind devices by transmitting the created control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
